Aerosoles: Soooo good.. heaven for my feet! :)

I personally believe in investing in good footwear. I usually prefer buying footwear that feels soft on my feet. I have always wanted to buy from Aerosoles before but I could not afford it (haha!). I always wait for sales and check if there would be a pair that would be less than 1000php. But unfortunately I was not able to find any pair with that price until this year.

I still have some money left in my ATM and I was just window shopping in SM Southmall. Since Aerosoles was new in the newly renovated SM Southmall, I decided to pay their shop a visit. There were a couple of shoes on sale. I think the maximum discount was 25%. So I said to myself that if I could find a pair worth 1500php, I will buy (haha).

While looking at all the racks, the saleslady finally said if I want something from a specific rack because there are shoes/sandals there that are 75% off! I was like, "really?!". Then I saw this sandal which I think is a couple of seasons old already, but WTH I don't care I will buy it! I asked for a size 6.5, unfortunately there is no size 6.5 left! I tried on size 6 and 7. Size 6 is just right (no allowance at all or maybe just a few mm - hehe) and size 7 is too loose and the allowance near my heel is too big. So I just bought the size 6, I thought that I could still pull it off and anyway it would not hurt my feet because it feels so cushion-y and soft (haha - and that's all I care about).

This is the sandals. Theres nothing special, really but I just  LOOOOVEE wearing this! I literally wear this almost every time I go out!

What I love the most about Aerosoles? EVERYTHING! :)

IMO, it is the most comfortable pair of shoes/ sandals  I have ever worn! I don't need to break it in because from the moment I wear it, it feels so comfortable. The design, technology and materials used are the key. It uses Aero Technology which is the trademark of the brand.

Versace Yellow Diamond

It has been sort of a "tradition" (although I am not that sure if it should be called as such) that whenever my dad arrives (he's a seaman), we always go to Duty Free Philippines. We always buy 4 perfumes. One for each of us my dad, my mom, my brother and for me.

When my dad arrived last August, well of course, we went to Duty Free to buy some chocolates, wine, perfume, etc. I've been using D&G's Light Blue for a couple of years already. So this time, I wanted something different.

Whenever we are shopping for perfumes, I would always be the one who takes  the longest time to choose which one I should buy. When we finally arrived at their perfume or fragrance section, as usual, I had a hard time choosing, let alone, I don't even know where to start! Well, I usually start by getting samples (those little strips of paper sprayed with perfumes). If I like a particular scent, I would ask the saleslady/man to spray it on my wrist. I have sprayed a lot of perfumes already and I know I smell like a walking perfume store. I was debating whether to get D&G Light Blue AGAIN, the Versace Yellow Diamond or  another Ana Sui perfume (my perfume last year) again.

Well, as who would be encouraged to buy something when you will be given freebies right?! So, yes, that is what won me over. The salesman offered to give me 2 freebies together with this Versace Yellow Diamond. He gave me 2 sample box sets (which includes sample size perfume/EDT, sample size body lotion and shower gel). The freebies he gave me was Versace Pour Femme and Versace Bright Crystal. I thought this could help me choose what to buy for next year (haha!).

I am very happy with my choice. Versace Yellow Diamond is ah-maaziing! It smells so good and the scent lasts the whole day! Yes - WHOLE DAY! You could still smell it when you take off your clothes. I don't know if it's just me, because I like perfumes/EDTs that gets more fragrant when you sweat (haha, sorry I don't know how I could explain it). Because some fragrances or scents just disappears when you sweat. Yes, I really love D&Gs Light Blue because of these qualities. But Versace Yellow Diamond id just as good and I reaallyy LOOOVVEE the scent! Its not too strong, not too flowery or whatever. I really love sniffing or smelling it on me (haha). And I noticed that I don't ge "amoy araw" with this. Some perfumes/scents easily become "amoy araw".

I bought my Versace Yellow Diamond for $91 (approx 3800php) but I think it retails for 5000+ Php in malls, I'm not exactly sure if its the set that includes a full size body lotion.
